Account sign-in stores your email, display name, identity provider, sessions, and service status. Persistent Agent connections and task rooms add identifiers, timestamps, delivery states, and ciphertext. Support requests store the information you submit.
What stays private
Authorization content, task deliveries, task-room events, and the account vault are encrypted before they reach the server. Decryption keys travel in URL fragments or remain in your recovery code. VSELF does not receive your recovery code and cannot recover it.
Why data is used
VSELF uses account data to authenticate you, synchronize encrypted records, deliver authorizations, show activity, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and operate aggregate conversion metrics. Product events never contain task or authorization text.
Retention and deletion
Active account records remain until you delete the account. Expired operational records may be removed automatically. Account deletion removes account-owned vaults, Agent connections, task rooms, and support requests, and removes the account identifier from aggregate product events.
Service providers
VSELF relies on infrastructure and identity providers to host the service and authenticate accounts. VSELF does not sell personal information or use encrypted task content for advertising.
